Charter options are:

HALF OR FULL DAY ‘GOING COASTAL’:

Board our vessel for your snorkelling and beach adventure and make yourself comfortable as we set out on one of the most fun adventures available in Turks & Caicos. You will be picked up on Grace Bay Beach and then cruise along the North Coast of Providenciales, enjoying the views while relaxing on the Catamaran. We will head out to the Barrier Reef for our snorkel stop. Follow one of our experienced local guides on one of the most beautiful guided snorkel tours as we snorkel and explore the Leeward Reef, one of the healthiest living reefs in the Atlantic. You will see the usual residents like Snappers, Groupers, Sergeant majors, Trigger fish, Barracuda, Needle fish and sometimes Sharks Rays and Turtles. Leeward Reef is part of the Turks and Caicos Barrier reef network which is the third largest barrier reef system in the world.

After snorkelling we cruise back towards the rugged coastline with our next stop being either Little Water Cay or Half Moon Bay to explore pristine beaches and to visit the native Rock Iguanas, learn about their habitat, our efforts to save them and the struggles they face. The location chosen to see the Rock Iguanas is usually dependent on the weather. Both Islands are home to the native Rock Iguanas but Little Water Cay is where the National Trust operate their guided tours whereas at Half Moon Bay our guides will take you ashore and take you on a nature tour. Iguana tours are $40 per person payable directly to the tour guides at the sites.

Half Moon Bay is an actual sandbar built by Mother Nature over time and its formation has created in a shallow lagoon area at the back, where we sometimes see bonefish, baby sharks, baby turtles, barracuda, mojarra and sometimes flamingoes. Our guides will take you for a walk along the lagoon, tell you about the iguanas, the different marine life found in the lagoon and give you a bit more information about the area, history of the islands etc.

Next you can choose to journey a bit further east and cruise along the North coast and cays and stop at one of the beautiful beaches to relax, swim, chill, hunt for shells and Sand Dollars or just roll around in the waves on the sand bars, OR

cruise through the leeward channel along the mangroves where most times turtles pop up to say hi, rays and baby sharks meander along the maze of mangrove roots seeking shelter from predators while feeding during their juvenile stage of life. Further along we cruise past the former Premier’s house, the Heaving Down Rock, what’s left of the Conch farm, past Bird Rock and out onto the Caicos banks to the famous stranded freighter in the shallows, also known as ‘La Famille’ Shipwreck for a close up look and a final swim before we get everyone back on board for a non stop cruise back to Grace Bay. If you are lucky you might get to see one or all of our resident wild dolphins and if they are in a good mood and you are super lucky, you might just get to swim with them. (fingers, toes, arms and legs crossed).

Our boats are equipped with state of the art sound systems which plays continuous music of the captains choice but on a private charter clients are free to connect via bluetooth and play the music of their choice. Soak up the sun while watching for dolphins as you enjoy the open bar as we head back to Grace Bay.

FRENCH CAY EXPLORER – FULL DAY ONLY

This full day private adventure departs from the South Side Marina and will take you away from the popular North Shore of Providenciales and ‘Off the Beaten path’. Cruise the South Coast, cross the Caicos banks to French Cay. Due to its distance from Providenciales (approx one hour boat ride) it’s reefs are fairly virgin, teeming with fish life and sees very little traffic. Our excursions there in the winter months sometimes allows us up close encounters with eagle rays, large sting rays, Atlantic humpback whales and occasionally a sperm whale.

French Cay: An old pirates hideout, this tiny uninhabited cay perched on the southern edge of the caicos banks was an ideal look out and attack point for pirates back in the day. The two most famous female pirates of all time Ann Bonnie and May Read, scored tons of booty by hanging out and using French Cay as their base. The island is now home to hundreds of nesting sea birds and because of its location is the home of shipwrecked sailors every couple years when they either fall asleep on watch or are just poor navigators and crash into the beautiful barrier reefs protecting the south end east side of the island.

WEST CAICOS EXPLORER – FULL DAY ONLY

This full day private adventure departs from the South Side Marina. After a short boat ride out from the marina, we do a brief stop at one of the cays to see the Rock Iguanas, see some Starfish in the shallows and a chance for some intermediate level cliff jumping. Next we set off for a cruise along the south coast past the shipping port, Sapodilla Bay, Taylor Bay and the beautiful mansions, past the Ferrari mansion, Silly Creek, Silly Cay, Turtle Rock and on to Southwest Bluff also called Split Rock, the Southwestern tip of Providenciales. Here we stop for a brief look at the Pirates Cave and the stone carvings from shipwrecked sailors and a quick jump for those brave enough to leap from the top of the rock.

After South West Bluff/Split Rock, we journey west for a 30 minute ride to the reefs of west Caicos where we snorkel the Barrier Reef where seas fans beckon and tube sponges and gorgonians idly populate the shallows atop of the reefs and walls. Then head to the beach for a barbecue prepared by our crew while you swim, relax and explore. After lunch we head to another reef for another snorkel then, once all aboard, we cruise back to the Marina.

West Caicos: West Caicos is the most western located island of the Turks & Caicos Islands, loyalists began settling on the island in the late 18th century after the revolutionary war, where they set up cotton and sisal plantations and estates on the island. they grew and exported sisal and cotton to the united states until the beginning of the 19th century when boll weevil took over their crops and then a major hurricane broke the barrier on the lake that separated the salt water from the fresh water destroying their fresh water supply. Ruins at yankee town, an old stem engine and an old train track is the last evidence of the activities there. A group funded by Lehman brothers attempted to build the first Ritz Carlton there some years ago but that too collapsed along with the Lehman Brothers in the huge banking bust of 2008.

The island is still one of the nicest areas for scuba diving and snorkelling with lovely barrier reefs protecting the north shoreline and reef walls that slope out from the western shoreline to a vertical edge at 40 feet and then dramatically plummets to the inky abyss some 7000 feet below. weather permitting, guests can enjoy great snorkeling and cliff jumping along the Iron shore and surrounding reefs on the north and west side or great snorkelling, swimming on the south east side and relaxing beach combing along the east side. the north and east sides boast breath taking beaches rivalling grace bay and other fine beaches in the country.

Full day trips to West Caicos and French Cay continue to deliver some of our best trips and experiences!
